Dr. Scott Rapp is a board-certified plastic surgeon. He has a special interest in pediatric reconstructive surgery for children with extraordinary healthcare needs. He completed a residency in integrated plastic surgery at the University of Cincinnati and a fellowship in pediatric cleft and craniofacial surgery at Stanford University.

He is currently serving as attending pediatric plastic surgeon at the Norton-Kosair Children’s Hospital. He also serves as a staff plastic surgeon at the Louisville Surgery Center. Dr. Rapp has published a number of peer-reviewed articles and performs volunteer mission work in Havana, Cuba, as well as other underserved areas around the world.

He will be offering a variety of cosmetic services at the Louisville Dermatology Institute.
